After being kidnapped by Macarato, Chueco miraculously shows up at the Gustozzi's door. But the joy is cut short when they realize Chueco is not the same: he no longer speaks and is now just an ordinary monkey. The family tries to get the old ape back, to no avail, until that night Vicente discovers that Chueco is just pretending as a strategy to deceive Macarato.
